The purpose of the Conditioning Program will be to
help our athletes get in the best physical, mental & emotional shape to help
them better perform in the sport(s) they participate in.
This 8 week program will focus on the following areas:
Conditioning (physical fitness)
Speed development (feet, hands, eyes & total
body)
Power/Explosion (hips, legs & total body)
Coordination (hands, eyes, hips & feet)
Strength (hips, legs & total body)
The athletes will be broken up into small groups by
age for maximum development, as well as help them reach their goals &
athletic potential.
